Annual Holiday Train Party!

Every year we host a spectacular, one-of-a-kind event in conjunction with the Canadian Pacific holiday train. We are uniquely situated right along the tracks so that our view is like no other and our crowds have reached up to 1000 attendees! Carolers, live music, bonfires, hot chocolate and warm donuts, warming spices & bourbon. We're offering levels of cozy you cannot even begin to imagine. We've got it all and it's one hell of a night. This event is what keeps our lights on and we hope you'll join us!

WHERE: Carbon Athletic Club- 111 Gates St. Detroit, MI 48209

WHO: All ages! Members & non-members! Ticket prices include an intro membership fee, which allows you to purchase alcohol for the evening.

WHEN: 6-11pm (train usually rolls through anytime between 8p-10pm)

HOW: $10 entry gets you in the door (Unless you purchase the VIP Stroh's & PBR Admission, which will run you $30. See below for those perks!) Kids 12 and under are free!

FOOD: Hot dogs and chili on the menu this year! We'll also be serving up some warm cinnamon donuts courtesy of Dutch Girl!

BEVERAGE: We'll of course have the entire bar open, but we've also partnered with STROH'S & PBR to keep ya's hydrated with the finest golden liquid this side of the tracks! Be sure to purchase the VIP ADMISSION for all-you-can-drink* Stroh's & PBR throughout the night. You will have a bar designated just for you to reduce the lines and the hassle of paying per drink! You'll go home with some cute swag too. All for just $30! This ticket is only available for those 21 and up.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Dress warm! We'll have the bonfires going but our capacity is only 110 inside the building so you'll likely be spending a bit of time outdoors. We'll also have hand warmers for sale!
• We are CASH ONLY! Please come prepared and with smaller bills please (making change is hard when you see 1000 people rolling in to enjoy the show).
• We will have designated parking with scheduled security. Please be sure to use these lots and avoid keeping valuables in your car.
• We can never be sure the train will be lit. Every year we hear rumblings that it won't be, as the section of rail line is not CP owned (or something?). We believe we continue to see the lights because we are a well-behaved group and have not experienced any safety issues as of yet. Please be respectful of the Club and the rail line so you don't ruin it for all of us next year.
